Pathfinder Hospitality Extends Portfolio to Alabama
Pathfinder Hospitality, a hotel development firm and 3rd-party management company based in Austin TX, is excited to announce that they have officially added the Holiday Inn Mobile-Downtown Historic District and the Holiday Inn Express Fairhope-Point Clear to their rapidly growing portfolio. Pathfinder is thrilled to put their Platinum Service to work in the Alabama market for the first time.
Located at 301 Government St, Mobile, AL 36602…Holiday Inn Mobile-Downtown Historic District has a staggering 206 rooms, a large meeting space that can accommodate corporate or social events, a beautiful outdoor pool, and a cocktail lounge.
Located at 19751 Greeno Rd, Fairhope, AL 36532…Holiday Inn Express Fairhope-Point Clear has 87 rooms, a 1700 square feet meeting facility, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and is surrounded by many unique attractions. Come experience Fairhope’s coastal beauty and its many unique festivals and parades throughout the year, including Mardi Gras and Arts and Crafts Festival.
This marks the 11th & 12th hotel additions managed by Pathfinder. The new Aloft Austin Southwest is slated to open in August 2022. Pathfinder Hospitality currently manages the Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Austin Arboretum Area, Staybridge Suites Houston – Humble Beltway 8, Staybridge Suites Houston – Nasa/Clear Lake, Best Western Plus Pflugerville, Wingate by Wyndham Houston, Wyndham Garden Willowbrook – Houston, La Quinta by Wyndham Brookshire – Houston, Holiday Inn and Suites – San Antonio Northwest and more recently Wingate by Wyndham Conference Center – Round Rock.
With the addition of our Alabama properties comes exciting new hires. Samantha Jackson has worked her way up the ladder and has been named GM at the Holiday Inn Express Fairhope.
